1 C Almond Butter

2 T Coconut Oil, melted

¼ C Pure Maple Syrup or Swerve Brown Sugar

2 Eggs

¼ C Coconut Sugar or Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute

2 T Almond Milk

1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

6 T Almond Flour
-
¼ C Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Baking Soda
-
½ tsp Salt

½ C Dairy-Free Dark Choc Chips or Lily’s Dark Choc Chips
Baking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease 8×11” pan with coconut oil, set aside.

Ina small bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.

In the microwave or on the stovetop, gently warm almond butter and coconut oil until melted. Stir until combined.

Add maple syrup (or brown sugar substitute), eggs, coconut sugar (or granulated sugar substitute), almond milk, and vanilla, Stir well.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until well combined.

Gently fold in choc chips.

Spread in prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or until just barely set. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
